In 1990, Lori relocated from the Pacific Northwest to Northern California and after 17 years she knows the ins and outs of both the Bay area and Lake Tahoe. With roots planted in both locations she is able to help her clients buy and sell in either. But most of all, Lori enjoys helping clients discover their dream homes in the area she now calls home, Lake Tahoe. With extensive customer service experience Lori offers a unique ability to provide her clients with exactly what they need. Whether it is a mountain cabin, a lakefront estate or a Bay Area residence Lori's combination of knowledge and experience provides her clients with the real estate and financial services they expect.

A Bay Area native, Stephen graduated from Acalanes High School in Lafayette and attended college in Santa Barbara. Stephen's 15 year career in the real estate industry began as an in-house loan agent with a well known real estate company in Danville, California. Stephen then moved on to operate his own branches in Danville and Walnut Creek, California. In 2005 Stephen expanded his services to Lake Tahoe. Currently, Stephen remains focused on his ability to service both his Bay Area and Lake Tahoe clientele with their real estate and lending needs.

Stephen and Lori's real estate services include residential, second home, resort and fractional ownership purchases and sales.  In addition, their lending services include residential and vacation home purchases, refinances and construction loans as well as second mortgages and equity lines of credit.  They pride themselves on the uniquely streamlined approach they offer which reduces the costs, fees and complications a traditional transaction can entail. 
 
When not assisting clients, Stephen and Lori spend their time with their four children, Taylor, Evan, Colton and Reid. Together the Wood family enjoys snow boarding, skiing, boating and all that the Lake Tahoe lifestyle has to offer.
